How are your fees covered?
Our fee comes out of the claim payout. You pay nothing out of pocket, and nothing at all unless we increase your settlement.
My claim was already denied. Is it too late?
No. A denial is not final. Denied and underpaid claims are the majority of what we handle, and they can be reopened and re-negotiated.
How long does the claims process take?
It varies with the complexity of the loss, but our process is built to expedite approval — many claims close within about 21 days.
